Ahoy, maties. I'm feeling pretty horrible for not being around for, like, a week. I blame my Physics teacher. I swear, he doesn't want to pass anybody. At any rate, if you think you might have free time to donate (and know you wold stay devoted) feel free to volunteer to help me by sending a note either to brushgroup OR me, *Supaslim. I'm not quitting, don't panic or anything. I just won't be on as much, because school sucks and I have my ACTs this year. :/

Hi, my name is Slim, good to meet ya! I was hunting around, looking for a custom brush club/group/whatever, but I couldn't find even one! (Actually, I did find one, but it was dead.) So here we are... In the Brush Group!

What IS It?

The BG is, quite simply, a group, or club, for people who make custom brushes or brush sets for programs such as the GIMP, Photoshop, et cetera. Here you'll also find a collection of their works.

How Do I Join?

Joining the group is actually very easy. All you have to do is send us a note titled "Join," and we'll add you to the members list. It'd be great if you could link to us in your journals or sig or whatever. Not required or anything, I'm not that stingy. But it would really help get the word out.

RULES

1) NO THEFT. Art theives will be hung by their ankles from the ceiling and whipped. And we'll also boot them from the group, inform the original artist, and report the theif for copyright violation.

If you have permission by the artist, that's great! But be ready to prove it if you're questioned.

2) DO NOT ANY SUBMISSIONS UPLOADED IN THIS GROUP. There will ALWAYS be a link to the original in the artist's comments. Go tell the actual artist how useful or cute or whatever their brushes are, and favorite it there!

3) BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. This is a website. There are people of all ages here. So please, don't flame or swear nonstop or anything. It can get you booted from the group.

4) Please, don't flood me with 40 links to all of your brushes all at once. I won't put them all up. Try to keep it down to one a week or something reasonable like that, alright?

Seriously, that's just about all their is, rules-wise. Just use your common sense, for the most part. >_<
